If your dogs name is longer than 5 characters your tag will not have the wreath design.

You must remember to leave the following information in the 'additional notes' section in your cart - if you forget please email us asap.
- The name you'd like on the front of the tag
- One mobile number for the back
- Your postcode for the back (optional)
- If you would like a mini heart motif above your dogs name.
(If you do not want personal info on your tag because you would like to use it as a collar charm or keyring please state this in the box)
Please be aware that these are handmade and take time and attention to detail to create - your tag may take a few days to ship .
These tags are lightweight chunky aluminium discs and are hard-wearing but may tarnish over time - we recommend buffing them with a general polishing solution to restore their shine. The design is filled with black enamel - this may fade through normal wear and tear however to refill it simply colour over the tag with sharpie and then wipe over the surface with tissue!
